The Prussian Model destroys the learn drive by design. It's time to gtfo of the classrooms. Learning in labs is fine, but it should be a membership format complete with mentors whose time one can pay an additional fee for. Newbie mentors can volunteer to build portfolio, etc etc, sky is the limit.
Ditch the freemasonic degree system and bring back apprenticeships in everything: carpentry, engineering, surgery, *everything*. No piece of paper ever made anyone magically able to do something, and it's time to get out of this backward, archaic "education" hellhole.
so good dude
